What is covered
Faults in materials and manufacture: dead switches or LEDs, PCB faults, connection faults and battery faults.
What is not
Wear from normal use, liquid damage, drops, and damage from modifications such as desoldering.
Making a claim
- 1Write to us with your order number and a short video of the fault.
- 2We confirm the claim and send you a return label.
- 3We repair or replace the board, or refund you if we can do neither.
Common questions
Does swapping switches or keycaps void the warranty?
No. Hot-swap boards are made for it. Damage caused while modifying the board, such as a lifted pad from desoldering, is not covered.
